Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.Hygiene & Safety Requirement:As medical apparel is intended for clinical environments, we maintain a strict hygiene policy. Returns will be rejected if garments show any signs of use, including clinical scents, antiseptic odours, biological stains, or professional laundering marks.
Customised Items: Any product with custom embroidery or personalisation (name, designation, or department) is Final Sale. These cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than a manufacturing defect. We strongly recommend consulting our Size Guide before ordering customised uniforms.
Other non-returnable items include products that have been worn, washed, or altered; items marked as "Final Sale"; and any items returned after the 7-day window.
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. If the requested size or colour is not available, a refund will be issued instead. Only one exchange is permitted per order item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order ID, clear photographs of the damage or defect, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
To begin a return or exchange, email us at support@bhagyashritextiles.com with your order ID.Logistics & Shipping Costs:Pickups are available within Hyderabad only. For interstate or outside-city returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Note that return shipping costs are borne by the user unless a promotional offer explicitly states otherwise.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.Shipping Refund Policy:Initial delivery charges (Standard or Express) are non-refundableunless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item being sent by Ydhya.
Express Orders: Cancellations are not accepted once an express order has been placed. These orders are processed instantly for hyperlocal delivery and cannot be interrupted.
Standard Orders: Cancellation requests are accepted only if the order status is Pending or Packed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
B2B / Bulk Orders: Cancellations are only accepted prior to procurement or production. Once raw materials have been ordered or customisation has begun, cancellations cannot be processed.
