Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. A valid proof of purchase — your order ID or invoice — is required to process any return.
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. These include products with custom embroidery or personalisation (such as name, designation, or department), items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, sale or clearance items explicitly marked as "Final Sale", and any items returned after the 7-day return window has elapsed.
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. If the requested size or colour is not available, a refund will be issued instead. Only one exchange is permitted per order item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order ID, clear photographs of the damage or defect, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
To begin a return or exchange, email us at support@bhagyashritextiles.com with your order ID and reason for the request. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address (Hyderabad only). Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch the exchange.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster, usually completing within 1–3 business days. Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Retail & Express Orders: Cancellations are not accepted once a retail or express order has been placed. Orders are immediately queued for fulfilment and cannot be interrupted after confirmation.
B2B / Bulk Orders: Cancellations are accepted provided you contact us before we place the order with the cloth mills. Once procurement has commenced, cancellations cannot be processed. To request a B2B cancellation, contact us immediately by phone at +91 99484 90022 or email support@bhagyashritextiles.com with your order ID and cancellation reason.
