MedApparel is a brand owned and operated by Bhagyashri Textiles, a textile business based in Hyderabad, India. MedApparel is the dedicated medical apparel division of Bhagyashri Textiles, focused on professional healthcare uniforms and accessories. By accessing or using the MedApparel website at store.bhagyashritextiles.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

All products listed on our Site are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities. Product images are for illustrative purposes — actual colours and embroidery placement may vary slightly. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. Once an order with custom embroidery has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full payment details on our servers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We offer 2-hour express delivery within serviceable areas of Hyderabad for eligible orders. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, and public holidays. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-customised items in original, unused condition with tags intact. Custom embroidered or personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a return, contact us at support@bhagyashritextiles.com with your order details and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the property of Bhagyashri Textiles or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhagyashri Textiles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
