Is same-day delivery available in my area?

How rush and express delivery works, which pincodes are eligible, and what to expect.

Same-day (Rush) delivery is available for select pincodes within Hyderabad, Telangana.

How to check availability

1Add items to your cart and go to Checkout.
2Enter your delivery pincode in the address form.
3Tap "Get Shipping Rates". If Rush delivery is available for your pincode, it will appear as an option.
4Select "Rush" to see your same-day delivery window.

Delivery tiers

Rush (Same-Day) — Available for eligible Hyderabad pincodes. Delivered the same day, tracked.
Express (Next Day) — 1–2 business day delivery.
Standard — 3–5 business days.

Rush delivery is not available for custom embroidery orders, which require additional processing time.

Rush delivery is fulfilled by our local courier partner. Orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days are delivered the same day; later orders go out on the next day's run.
