How to track my order

All the ways to check your delivery status — via the website, email, or SMS.

From your account

1. 1Log in and go to your Profile → Orders.
2. 2Tap on the order you want to track.
3. 3The order detail page shows a live delivery timeline and estimated arrival time.
4. 4Tap "Track on carrier site" for real-time GPS tracking (available once dispatched).

Without an account (guest orders)

1. 1Go to the Track Order page (link in your confirmation email, or in the website footer).
2. 2Enter your Order ID and the email address used at checkout.
3. 3Your delivery status and timeline will appear.

Via SMS / WhatsApp

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and/or WhatsApp message with a direct tracking link from the carrier.
