How to apply a coupon code or store credit

Step-by-step guide to entering your coupon code or store credit at checkout and what to do if it doesn't work.

Coupon codes and store credits can be applied during checkout — on both desktop and mobile.

On desktop (Order Summary panel)

1. 1Add items to your cart and go to Checkout.
2. 2On the right side, you'll see the Order Summary panel.
3. 3Look for the "Store credit / coupon code" input field below the price breakdown.
4. 4Type or paste your code (codes are not case-sensitive).
5. 5Click "Apply". The discount will appear instantly in the price breakdown.
6. 6Your updated total is shown above the Pay button.

On mobile

1. 1Add items to your cart and tap "Checkout".
2. 2Complete your address and delivery selection.
3. 3Scroll down to find the "Have a coupon code?" section.
4. 4Tap it to expand the coupon input.
5. 5Enter your code and tap "Apply".
6. 6The green chip confirms the discount. Your total at the bottom updates immediately.

What is store credit?

Store credit is a credit balance issued by Ydhya (e.g., for a resolved complaint, cancelled order refund, or loyalty reward). It is applied the same way as a coupon code — enter the code you received via email and tap Apply.

Coupon not working?

• Check that the code is entered correctly — no extra spaces.
• Ensure the code hasn't expired (expiry is shown in the email you received).
• Some codes are valid for specific products or minimum cart values.
• Each code can only be used once. If you've used it before, it won't work again.
• If you're still stuck, contact support with your order ID and the code.
