Refund timelines for approved returns and failed payments, by payment method.
Once your return is approved and the item is picked up, refunds are processed as follows:
The clock starts once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, not from when the pickup happens.
If your payment failed but the amount was deducted, refunds are initiated within 2 business hours of our team verifying the failure. The money reaches your account in 3–5 business days.
